From being a banker with an easily replaceable job, to becoming a financial planner who is indispensable to her clients, she is enjoying this career’s job stability, and appreciate the many meaningful relationships forged along the journey.

In year 2000, She made a career switch to the insurance business after fifteen years in the banking industry. During her time in the bank, she had experienced three recessions: She had suffered pay freezes and witnessed many colleagues got retrenched regardless of their seniority and age. That’s when she seriously considered her career path/options and decided on a career switch.

​

It was one of the wisest decisions she had made in her life. It is rewarding, meaningful and a profession where everyone gets the chance to compete on an equal footing. This profession allows one to decide our self-worth and financial worth through the amount of effort we choose to invest.

The experiences and exposure she had gotten through the course of her work have been priceless. Most importantly, the nature of the job gives her the opportunity to make a difference in many people’s lives and form innumerable meaningful relationships with her clients and colleagues.

She is sincerely thankful to all her family, friends and clients who have always been supportive, journeying with her on this exciting and meaningful path since Year 2001. All her awards such as Life Member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table Club & Great Eastern Achievers Club would not have been possible without them.
