About Me

I met Terence as early as in our secondary school days. We became best of friends and practically grew up together. Our love blossomed and we happily got married in 1998 and soon after we welcomed our lovely daughter, Tessa, into our blissful lives.

My world turned upside down when he was diagnosed with late stage nasopharyngeal cancer in May 2007. At that point of time, he was doing very well in his career and we had just moved into our dream home. To our greatest dismay, we didn’t have any medical insurance nor mortgage insurance plans. The hefty medical bills took a huge toll on our finances and made the journey extremely stressful and draining. Unfortunately, after one and half year of fierce battle, Terence finally succumbed to his illness in Nov 2008.

Sad to admit, it took me such a heart-wrenching experience to realize the importance of having sufficient insurance coverage. Although he didn’t have medical coverage, he did have life policies of which proceeds from his death claims sorted out most of the financial woes left behind.

In year 2009. I joined the life business to share my story and urge people to understand the importance of having sufficient insurance coverage.

My job is not to make you rich, but to make sure you and your loved ones won’t go poor.
